To suggest that standing in front of a public exhibition stand constitutes a formal agreement or a procurement process is not only factually incorrect but also logically flawed.

The Rigor of Indonesian Procurement

Official defense cooperation or the procurement of defense equipment (alutsista) is never conducted through informal encounters at trade shows. Such actions are strictly governed by official government mechanisms that are meticulously aligned with Indonesia's national defense needs, national interests, and established foreign policy. Therefore, a singular photograph cannot, and should not, be used as a basis to conclude that any cooperation has been established between the Ministry of Defense and the aforementioned company.
